Marcus & Millichap completes Secure Storage portfolio sale in Oregon

The deal covers six self-storage properties totaling 537,962 square feet and 3,545 units across Ashland, Bend, Prineville, Redmond, Hood River, and Hillsboro.

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of a six-property Secure Storage self-storage portfolio in Oregon, according to ConnectCRE.

The portfolio totals 537,962 rentable square feet and 3,545 units across Ashland, Bend, Prineville, Redmond, Hood River, and Hillsboro.

ConnectCRE reports that ground-level access covers 100% of the portfolio’s rentable square footage, and two of the six properties include dedicated land for future expansion.

The outlet adds that Adam Schlosser, Keith Phillips, and Dean Trammell of Marcus & Millichap, with David Tabata as Oregon broker of record, represented the seller.
