Trump’s June disclosure shows CoStar sales and CoreWeave buys

The White House disclosure covered 1,056 trades from June 1 to June 24, with real estate firms accounting for 46 trades and the president a net seller of real estate shares over the month.

A new White House ethics disclosure shows that accounts associated with President Donald Trump traded shares in about 30 real estate-related firms through more than 1,000 transactions during June 1 to June 24, according to Bisnow.

The disclosure indicates Trump completed 1,056 trades in the period, including at least 46 moves involving real estate firms, plus other investment trades. Bisnow says the president also invested in eight fixed-income multifamily securities nationwide.

Among the biggest real estate-related moves, the disclosure lists sales of CoStar Group, SBA Communications, and Vici Properties shares on June 18, with additional sales later in the reporting period and a smaller purchase of CoStar shares on June 3. Bisnow also reports that Trump made at least 17 purchases of real-estate related stock while simultaneously making 29 sales.

Based on Bisnow’s analysis of the transaction ranges provided in the disclosures, the midpoint of purchases versus sales suggests Trump reduced his commercial real estate exposure by about $350K over the month. Bisnow also notes that Trump Organization management said the transactions were made in fully discretionary accounts without input from Trump or his family, and that real estate accounted for 5.2% of his trades during the reporting period.
