Bourn Cos. buys 333-acre Innovation Park in Oro Valley for $21.2M
The deal covers about 30 parcels, and the business park already hosts tenants including Roche Tissue Diagnostics, the University of Arizona Center for Innovation at Oro Valley, and Oro Valley Hospital.
Venture West Group has sold Innovation Park, a 333-acre master-planned business park in Oro Valley, to Bourn Companies for $21.2 million, according to ConnectCRE.
The transaction includes approximately 30 parcels within the Innovation Corporate Center Business Park, located at the northwest corner of Oracle and Tangerine roads.
Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the seller, with Robert Glaser, Richard Kleiner, Greg Furrier, Alexis Corona and Natalie Furrier listed as the deal representatives.
Bourn Companies said it envisions the property evolving into a mixed-use business park aimed at attracting and retaining major employers, building on existing tenants such as Roche Tissue Diagnostics, the University of Arizona Center for Innovation at Oro Valley, and Oro Valley Hospital.
