BGO, Alliance Industrial buy 266K-square-foot Fort Worth warehouse
The off-market purchase is BGO’s fourth acquisition under its U.S. industrial value-add strategy and includes development completed in 2020.
BGO and Alliance Industrial Company acquired Northwest Commerce Park Building 2, a Class-A industrial warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas, in an off-market transaction, ConnectCRE reports.
The property spans 266,152 square feet and is located at 2765 Highway 114. Nutri-Bon Distribution was the seller, and the deal was completed through a joint venture between BGO and Alliance Industrial.
Completed in 2020 by Stream Realty and Morgan Stanley, the front-load distribution facility is positioned in the NE Tarrant/Alliance industrial submarket with direct frontage on State Highway 114 and access to Interstate 35W.
The warehouse includes 32-foot clear heights, 51 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, an 185-foot concrete truck court, 46 trailer stalls, and 135 parking spaces, according to ConnectCRE.
