CNA promotes Claire Louko to SVP for North America reinsurance
Louko will oversee teams handling reinsurance services, claims, operations, contracts, and CNA’s corporate insurance programs, in addition to her ceded reinsurance placement duties.
CNA Insurance has promoted Claire Louko to Senior Vice President for North America Reinsurance, according to Reinsurance News.
Based in Chicago, Illinois, Louko will be responsible for teams managing reinsurance services, claims, operations, and contracts, as well as the company’s corporate insurance programmes, alongside her existing responsibilities for ceded reinsurance placement.
The outlet said Louko brings nearly two decades of industry experience. It noted she has spent the past 12 years at CNA Insurance, most recently as Vice President, Head of Ceded Re, North America.
Before joining CNA, Louko worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance for nearly seven years, where her most recent role was Senior Property Underwriter, National Accounts, Reinsurance News added.
