ER2 wins Mesa approval for $45M light industrial HQ
The project calls for a 155,597-square-foot build-to-suit near Falcon Field Airport and is expected to accommodate 250 to 300 employees.
The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board has approved ER2’s application for a new headquarters at the corner of McDowell and Greenfield roads, clearing the way for the IT services and technology equipment recycling company to consolidate its Valley operations.
ER2 plans to invest about $45 million to develop a 155,000-square-foot light industrial headquarters on vacant land near Falcon Field Airport, nearly doubling its footprint in the area.
According to ConnectCRE, the company is moving from two existing Valley locations into one larger building, supporting 250 to 300 employees, with a 155,597-square-foot total area split between 132,544 square feet on the first floor and 23,043 square feet on the second.
The development will include amenities such as a fitness center, sauna, golf simulator, gaming coves, a production studio, and covered parking, with LGE Design Build listed as architect and Hunter Engineering as civil engineer.
