Sancta Selects 124 Hudson Street for its first Pilates studio
The studio signed a seven-year ground-floor lease for 2,350 square feet at an asking rent of $150 per square foot.
Commercial Observer reports that Sancta, a reformer Pilates studio, has secured its first location in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood at 124 Hudson Street.
The tenant agreed to a seven-year term with landlord Marx Realty for a ground-floor space totaling 2,350 square feet, with an asking rent of $150 per square foot.
Negotiations were handled by Newmark for Marx Realty and Artisan Alliance for Sancta, according to the report.
Marx Realty acquired the full 11,892-square-foot retail condominium in 2017, and Sancta is replacing a vacancy left by Warburg Realty, with Marx Realty describing the area as well suited for wellness and furnishing brands.
