Westbridge Realty files for three 99-unit apartment buildings in the Bronx
The proposed projects would total 297 units across three sites in Soundview, each filing listing 50,687 square feet of commercial and rooftop space for two of the buildings.
Westbridge Realty Group has filed plans with the New York City Department of Buildings to develop three residential buildings in the Bronx’s Soundview neighborhood, with each proposal set at 99 units.
If approved, the projects would deliver a combined 297 apartments across three addresses: 851 Rosedale Avenue, 831 Rosedale Avenue, also known as 600 Noble Avenue, and 863 Soundview Avenue, also known as 829 Soundview Avenue.
The filings call for a 13-story, 99-unit building at 851 Rosedale Avenue, including nine apartments on each of the third through 13th floors, plus 50,687 square feet of commercial space and rooftop space.
For 831 Rosedale Avenue and 863 Soundview Avenue, each plan also lists 50,687 square feet of commercial space, while additional amenities were unclear; Leandro Nils Dickson is listed as the architect on each filing.
