EQT sells 46-building SE US warehouse portfolio to LBA Realty

The roughly 10.5 million-square-foot portfolio spans 10 markets across the Carolinas, Georgia, Alabama and Florida.

JLL Capital Markets announced the sale and financing of a 46-building industrial portfolio totaling about 10.5 million square feet across the southeastern United States.

The Southeast Industrial Portfolio is made up of Class A logistics buildings in 10 markets, including Charlotte, Greensboro, Atlanta, Savannah, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Birmingham and Huntsville, according to ConnectCRE.

JLL represented the seller, EQT Real Estate, and LBA Realty purchased the portfolio.

JLL also arranged acquisition financing through two national banks on behalf of the buyer, with the properties described as averaging about 230,000 square feet each and supporting uses such as last-touch operations, regional distribution, advanced manufacturing, and bulk distribution.
