Knowledge Realty Trust OFS opens, floor price set at ₹108 per unit
The offer includes a greenshoe option and could raise up to ₹11,988 crore if fully exercised.
Knowledge Realty Trusts units were trading lower after Blackstone-linked entities launched an offer for sale in the REIT, with the stock down as much as 2.5% to an intraday low of ₹110.49 on the BSE, according to LiveMint Markets.
The OFS floor price is set at ₹108 per unit. The base issue size is 16.69% of the trust unit capital, amounting to ₹7,992 crore, with a greenshoe option of 8.34% worth up to ₹3,996 crore.
Sellers are looking to offload up to 74 crore units initially, with the greenshoe option to sell an additional 37 crore units if demand is strong, taking the total offer size to 111 crore units, or 25.03% of the trust unit capital. LiveMint Markets also noted that the transaction could total about ₹11,988 crore with the greenshoe included.
The offer is scheduled across August 31 and September 1, 2026, with bidding windows on both days through BSE and NSE. LiveMint Markets said the OFS is designed to help the trust meet the minimum public unitholding requirement under SEBI REIT regulations, and that money raised goes to the selling unitholders rather than the REIT.
