ADVA Group launches structured reinsurance platform in Singapore

The new unit, ADVA Risk Solutions Pte Ltd, will deliver structured reinsurance treaty solutions globally, backed by a partnership with an A-rated reinsurer.

ADVA Group, a London-based insurance group that includes a specialist extended warranty MGA, has announced the launch of ADVA Risk Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore.

The new subsidiary will focus exclusively on providing structured reinsurance treaty solutions to clients worldwide, as part of ADVA’s international growth strategy, according to Reinsurance News.

ADVA said it has appointed reinsurance industry veteran Jim Attwood to lead the expansion, bringing more than 30 years of experience in structured reinsurance.

The platform will partner with an A-rated reinsurer, combining ADVA’s underwriting expertise with capacity to address clients’ evolving needs, Reinsurance News added.
