Oil prices settle above $90 after U.S. and Iran resume fire
Monday’s jump came after the U.S. and Iran exchanged fire for the first time in about a month, extending the Middle East conflict into its seventh month.
Global oil prices closed sharply higher after the U.S. and Iran renewed hostilities, with prices settling above $90 a barrel, according to MarketWatch.
The outlet said the renewed exchange of fire was the first between the two sides in about a month, as the Middle East conflict continues into its seventh month.
