South Korea arrests four over crypto payments to a Syrian terror group
Police say the ringleader also cycled crypto from the group and returned 11 used cars and two excavators, describing the case as a first for Korean investigators.
South Korea has arrested four people over allegations involving crypto payments to a Syrian terror group, according to Decrypt.
Police said the ringleader not only handled the crypto transfers, but also took cryptocurrency from the group.
Investigators added that the ringleader later sent back 11 used cars and two excavators.
Authorities said the case is the first of its kind for Korean investigators, Decrypt reported.
