VictoryShares Free Cash Flow Growth ETF adds CAT, Royalty Pharma, Dell

The VictoryShares Free Cash Flow Growth ETF, rebalanced in June 2026, took positions in Caterpillar, Royalty Pharma, and Dell, with weights of 3.13%, 2.82%, and 2.10% respectively as of July 31, 2026.

VictoryShares Free Cash Flow Growth ETF, ticker GFLW, added three names to its core holdings after its most recent June 2026 rebalance, bringing Caterpillar, Royalty Pharma plc, and Dell Technologies into the fund.

As of July 31, 2026, Caterpillar was held at 3.13%, Royalty Pharma at 2.82%, and Dell Technologies at 2.10%, according to ETF Trends.

GFLW is a rules-based ETF that tracks the Victory Free Cash Flow Growth Index, which uses free cash flow generation and free cash flow return on invested capital, then applies quarterly reconstitution and rebalancing.

The index starts from a U.S. large and mid-cap universe excluding financials and real estate, removes companies with a negative five-year free cash flow trend, and narrows to 100 large-cap growth companies through screens for FCF ROIC and a growth score, with holding weights capped at 4% and sector exposure capped at 45%.
