Logistics Property leases 217,758 SF for Standex GRID in Texas

Logistics Property Company has leased 217,758 square feet of build-to-suit warehouse space at CityPark Logistics Center, Building 7, in Missouri City, Texas, for Standex GRID / Amran Instrument Transformers.

Standex GRID / Amran Instrument Transformers will use the facility for both warehouse operations and manufacturing, according to ConnectCRE.

CityPark Logistics Center spans 98 acres and includes five fully leased buildings totaling more than one million square feet, with construction underway on the new building.

ConnectCRE said the project is expected to be completed in Q2 2027, and it will become Standex GRID / Amran’s largest North American location.
