Marcus & Millichap brokers $9.96M sale of Baltimore industrial facility
The 75,000-square-foot single tenant property at 6901 Rolling Mill Road is leased to a subsidiary of a publicly traded company and has been occupied by Dejana Truck and Utility Equipment for 21 years.
Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of 6901 Rolling Mill Road, a single tenant manufacturing facility in Baltimore, for $9.96 million, according to ConnectCRE.
The property spans 6.44 acres and totals 75,000 square feet, including a 69,170 square foot warehouse, a 6,730 square foot office and outdoor storage.
ConnectCRE reports the building, constructed in 1967, is leased to a subsidiary of a publicly traded company that has operated at the site for more than two decades.
Marcus & Millichap says Merrey and John Faus exclusively marketed the asset for a Maryland based private investment company, and procured a New York based, institutionally backed investment fund buyer.
