Nukleus Office Solutions shares jump nearly 7% on BSE

The stock opened at ₹184 and hit an intraday high of ₹198.95 on 2 September, even as the Sensex and Nifty fell sharply in early trade.

Nukleus Office Solutions shares rose as much as 7% on the BSE in Wednesday trading, according to LiveMint Markets. The stock opened at ₹184, compared with the prior close of ₹185.05 on Tuesday, and climbed to an intraday high of ₹198.95 on 2 September.

LiveMint Markets said the move came while broader Indian benchmarks were under heavy selling pressure in early trade. The 30-share BSE Sensex dropped 788.5 points to 76,155.8, and the 50-share NSE Nifty fell 269.0 points to 23,786.8, as weak global cues and a surge in oil prices weighed on sentiment.

The company recently said its board had considered and approved an employee stock option scheme (ESOP) on 29 August. The exchange filing cited 201,600 employee stock options, with each option convertible into one equity share, and vesting after one year from the grant date, subject to the scheme's vesting conditions.

In its updates, Nukleus Office Solutions described its business as a diversified workspace platform spanning managed offices, private offices, coworking spaces, virtual offices, and build-to-suit solutions, centered on ready-to-move-in managed office offerings. The article also stated that during FY26, total income rose 25.5% year on year.
