CSB Holdings and Tide Realty Capital secure $50M loan for 2000 Market St.
The 2000 Market St. office tower is 75% occupied, up from 67% at the time the partners bought it in August 2025.
CSB Holdings and Tide Realty Capital, partners behind the acquisition of a 56-year-old Market West office tower in Philadelphia, have secured a $50 million loan to support leasing activity at 2000 Market St., according to the Philadelphia Business Journal as cited in Bisnow.
The property is now 75% occupied, compared with 67% when the partnership bought it in August 2025 for $45.5 million. Over the past year, the JV has added 65,000 square feet of new leases and has $10 million in construction underway.
Bisnow also notes that Patriot Development Associates has proposed a 118-unit mixed-use project in Center City that would replace a former Rite Aid location, and that other regional real estate developments are in motion, including a $107 million renovation plan at Borgata and a proposal for affordable senior housing in Voorhees.
