Paul Kamm takes over as SafeGrain CEO after leadership transition
The change follows Zachary Carr moving to chairman of the board, as SafeGrain positions the business for continued innovation and expansion.
SafeGrain has named Paul Kamm as its new chief executive officer as part of a planned leadership transition, with Zachary Carr shifting to chairman of the board, according to World Grain.
World Grain reports that Carr will continue to provide strategic guidance and oversight while Kamm, previously the company’s chief operating officer, steps into the CEO role with experience across operations, production, and leadership.
The outlet said the company expects the transition to help it expand its reach and continue investing in solutions for the evolving needs of the grain industry.
World Grain also noted that Green Acres Milling is set to begin operating an oat mill with production capacity of 39,420 tonnes, or 869,062 cwt, of finished oat products per year, and that a feature on SafeGrain and the new facility will appear in the September issue.
