T. Rowe Price launches securitized income ETF on NYSE Arca

The actively managed T. Rowe Price Securitized Income ETF, TSCZ, charges a 0.20% expense ratio and invests at least 80% of assets in securitized credit backed by loan pools.

T. Rowe Price launched the T. Rowe Price Securitized Income ETF, ticker TSCZ, which began trading on NYSE Arca on Thursday. ETF Trends notes the fund is actively managed and targets income from securitized credit, a segment of the bond market beyond traditional government and corporate debt.

According to the fund’s prospectus, TSCZ invests at least 80% of its assets in securitized assets, including asset-backed securities, residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities, and collateralized loan obligations, or CLOs. The managers also focus mainly on investment-grade holdings rated BBB or higher, and they may hold lower-rated CLO debt when the prospective return better compensates for the risk.

The release said TSCZ uses interest rate swaps to help manage duration and interest rate risk, and it uses currency forwards separately to hedge against foreign exchange rate moves. The ETF is designed to make income distributions on a monthly schedule, aiming to provide regular income from its mix of mortgage, asset-backed and structured credit holdings.

The fund is co-managed by Jean-Marc Breaux and Ramon de Castro, per the announcement. ETF Trends also states T. Rowe Price said it has 35 ETFs in its lineup and managed $1.87 trillion in client assets as of July 31, 2026, with about two-thirds tied to retirement accounts.
