Esti’s signs 8,000 sq ft Midwood lease at 2263 Nostrand Ave
The 10-year retail deal calls for $65 per square foot, and occupancy is planned for the first quarter of 2027.
High-end women’s clothing retailer Esti’s is relocating within Brooklyn after signing a lease for about 7,800 square feet at 2263 Nostrand Avenue in Midwood, according to Commercial Observer.
The outlet said the 10-year lease was signed Tuesday with asking rent of $65 per square foot. The retail space takes up a large portion of the newly built property’s retail component, leaving about 2,700 square feet available, the outlet reported.
Commercial Observer also said the 67-unit mixed-use building was completed last year by CAVU Property Group. Esti’s planned move will shift the retailer about 2.1 miles north from its current storefront at 2067 Coney Island Avenue in Homecrest, with occupancy at the new address expected in the first quarter of 2027.
The landlord’s brokers, Commercial Observer reported, represented CAVU Property Group, while Momentum Realty Group handled negotiations on behalf of Esti’s. Momentum Realty Group’s Solomon Betesh said the team searched for spaces for about four or five months before finding what he described as a strong fit for the address.
