IWG/Regus expands in Midtown South with 22,000 sf lease at 475 Park Ave

Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation announced five leasing transactions at 475 Park Avenue South in Manhattan, with the largest involving IWG, the parent company of Regus.

ConnectCRE reports that IWG signed a 22,000-square-foot lease for the entire 26th and 27th floors of the 35-story office tower, which will allow the company, operating as IWG/Regus, to expand its presence in Midtown South.

The transaction was completed alongside four other deals in recent months, including a new lease, an expansion, and two renewals, reflecting sustained tenant demand at the recently transformed property.

JLL represented IWG/Regus in the lease, while CBRE and Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation represented the landlord.
