MV Electrosystems extends rally to a third straight session
The stock hit an intraday high of ₹930 and is up sharply this month, even as Indian benchmark indexes were down at the open.
MV Electrosystems shares extended gains for a third straight session on Wednesday, rising as much as 5.07% on the NSE to an intraday high of ₹930. The stock opened at ₹887.85, compared with a previous close of ₹883.25, as overall Indian markets traded lower at the start of the day.
LiveMint Markets reported that the rally follows the company’s announcement that its 17th Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The AGM agenda includes adopting the audited financial statements for FY26 and seeking approval for the appointment of directors Mohit Vohra and Sumit Dhawan.
According to the company’s FY26 annual report, MV Electrosystems recorded sales and other income of ₹49.80 crore, down from ₹64.64 crore in FY25, and it reported a loss of ₹12.63 crore versus a profit of ₹1.40 crore in the prior financial year. The report said the company is focused on sustainable growth through operational efficiency and exploring new business opportunities.
The stock has also been posting outsized momentum since listing, with shares surging over 50% in the past month and more than doubling from the debut price. LiveMint Markets also cited gains of over 63% in the last two weeks and about 35% in the past seven days.
