Colliers team closes sale of 107-unit Lodi apartment complex
The 1978 to 1979-built property totals about 68,311 square feet across 10 buildings on roughly 3.52 acres.
Connect Commercial Real Estate reports that the Colliers Central Valley Investment Team has closed the sale of Wimbledon Square Apartments, a 107-unit multifamily property in Lodi, Calif., at 602-710 Wimbledon Dr. The transaction price was not disclosed.
The complex was built between 1978 and 1979 and includes 10 buildings totaling approximately 68,311 square feet on about 3.52 acres. Unit sizes range from 560 to 774 square feet, according to Colliers.
Colliers said the project is designed for workforce housing demand in a market marked by steady population growth and relative affordability. The apartments are located near the Reynolds Ranch master-planned retail development, which is anchored by national retailers including Costco Wholesale, The Home Depot, Sprouts Farmers Market, and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
The assignment was handled by SVPs Adam Lucatello and Andy Hodgson and VP Jason Riesing, ConnectCRE said.
