Foreign cargo ship fire in Qingdao kills and injures people
A foreign cargo ship caught fire while docked in China’s eastern city of Qingdao for repairs, according to a report by SCMP Economy.
State broadcaster CCTV said the incident caused heavy casualties, but it did not provide the number of people killed or injured.
SCMP Economy also reported that President Xi Jinping ordered efforts to find those missing in the fire, as more details were expected.
