Kolter Urban and BH Group secure $197M for Naples luxury condos
The developers plan to start construction before 2026 and target completion in 2028, with the lowest home priced at $32 million.
Kolter Urban and BH Group have secured $197 million in construction financing to build Olana Naples Residences, an estate-style condominium development in Naples, Florida, according to Commercial Observer.
The debt financing was provided by Apollo Global Management and BDT & MSD Partners, and no broker was listed on the transaction.
The project will be located at 1121 Gulf Shore Boulevard North and is planned to include 12 estate-style condominiums, each spanning 10,000 square feet.
Commercial Observer reports the lowest priced residence will enter the market at $32 million, and the developers plan to break ground before 2026 is out, with construction completion targeted for 2028.
