Cerity Partners doubles Midtown office space at 99 Park Avenue
The 15-year lease has asking rent starting at $90 per square foot, and Cerity will move from sublease space to direct occupancy next year.
Commercial Observer reports that wealth management firm Cerity Partners is expanding its Midtown office presence at 99 Park Avenue by adding space on the building’s eighth floor.
According to the landlord, Cerity signed a deal for an additional 19,600 square feet, bringing its total footprint at the 26-story office building to about 68,300 square feet. The firm previously expanded to 48,671 square feet at the property in December.
The agreement is described as a 15-year lease with an asking rent starting at $90 per square foot. Commercial Observer also notes that at least part of Cerity’s current space is under sublease terms, and that Cerity will transition to direct occupancy next year.
The building is also cited as having other leasing activity, including Southern Land Company taking 13,000 square feet in June 2025 to reach full occupancy, and a separate relocation deal in August involving On The Right Track Systems at a different address within the broader market coverage.
