Congress considers tax credits to subsidize US film and TV production
The New York Times Business reports that Hollywood is looking to federal funding as film and TV production shifts abroad, following an exodus of projects from the United States.
According to the outlet, a bill now being introduced in Congress would use tax credits designed to subsidize filming in the US, aiming to bring more production back domestically.
