Duelbits goes offline after $7 million hot wallet hack

CoinDesk reports that roughly $6 million of the stolen funds is now concentrated in a single Ethereum address.

Crypto gambling operator Duelbits has gone offline after an attack on its hot wallets, according to CoinDesk.

The outlet said attackers drained Duelbits hot wallets across four blockchains, with the total value of stolen funds put at about $7 million.

CoinDesk reported that about $6 million of the funds stolen so far sits in a single Ethereum address, indicating at least part of the loot has already consolidated on-chain.
