Hako San Café & Bar inks lease as anchor at Central Peak Residences
The cafe will take about 3,060 square feet of retail space at the downtown Kirkland condo project, with a planned 2027 opening.
Cordillera Homes said Hako San Café & Bar has signed a lease to become the anchor retail tenant at Central Peak Residences, a boutique condo development in downtown Kirkland.
ConnectCRE said the hospitality concept will occupy roughly 3,060 square feet in one of the project’s two ground-floor commercial spaces.
The venue is planned to open in 2027 and will offer an all-day café and cocktail bar experience, including specialty coffee, Japanese and European-inspired food and bakery items, plus wine and cocktails.
Central Peak will include 26 single-level condominium residences, ranging from approximately 1,150 to 2,415 square feet, according to ConnectCRE.
