Sinniah named Head of Capital Solutions for Liberty Mutual’s GRS
The newly created role starts September 28 and reports to Global Risk Solutions President Matthew Moore.
Liberty Mutual Insurance has appointed Shaun Sinniah as Head of Capital Solutions for its Global Risk Solutions (GRS), a newly created position, the company said. Sinniah will join on September 28 and will report to GRS President Matthew Moore.
The appointment tasks Sinniah with supporting GRS’s strategy to connect its risk and capital capabilities. He will work on developing new business opportunities and expanding how GRS deploys capital to create value for customers and partners.
Reinsurance News also notes that Sinniah comes to Liberty Mutual from Miller, where he most recently served as president of Reinsurance & Capital. Before Miller, he held senior leadership roles at Guy Carpenter and Willis Re, and he began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs.
In comments shared by Liberty Mutual, Moore said the company is building toward its 2030 ambition to become the preeminent global insurance and capital solutions partner, with an increasing focus on linking risk and capital capabilities.
