The Solana Foundation has hired Rachel Conlan, formerly Binance's global chief marketing officer, to help drive an institutional growth push, Decrypt reported.

According to Decrypt, Conlan will join the Solana Foundation as chief strategy officer, bringing prior experience from a major crypto exchange into the foundation's strategy and outreach efforts.

The outlet also reported that Jamal Raees, associated with Polygon Labs, will take over payments, with both appointments framed as part of broader institutional efforts within the crypto ecosystem.
