CAVA hits 500 restaurants as it enters Minnesota
CAVA opened its first Minnesota location at 622 Washington Avenue SE in Minneapolis and said it is on pace to surpass its 1,000-restaurant goal by 2032.
ConnectCRE reports that Mediterranean fast-casual brand CAVA reached a milestone in its national expansion, growing to 500 restaurants.
The company marked its entry into Minnesota with its Minneapolis restaurant opening at 622 Washington Avenue SE, extending its footprint to 30 states and the District of Columbia.
ConnectCRE also reported that CAVA, which opened its first restaurant in 2011, said it is ahead of schedule and positioned to surpass its goal of 1,000 restaurants by 2032.
CAVA co-founder and CEO Brett Schulman said the 500-location milestone reflects how far the brand has come, crediting its team members.
