Hudson Pacific completes sale of San Francisco office and retail buildings
The deal covers about 284,000 square feet, including an office building 36% occupied at sale and a second property that was fully vacant.
Housing and commercial real estate outlet ConnectCRE reports that Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. completed the sale of 875 and 899 Howard, two downtown San Francisco properties totaling about 284,000 square feet, for $65.5 million before prorations and closing costs.
The buyer was not disclosed. ConnectCRE said 875 Howard is an approximately 188,000-square-foot office building that was 36% occupied at the time of sale, with its remaining major lease scheduled to expire next year.
ConnectCRE added that 899 Howard is an approximately 96,000-square-foot former retail building that was fully vacant. The company also secured entitlements to convert two floors of 899 Howard to office use before the sale.
