Inova buys Willow Oaks Medical Campus in Fairfax County for $97.5M
The Willow Oaks Medical Campus covers about 383,000 square feet and sits next to Inova’s 923-bed Innova Fairfax Medical Campus.
Bisnow reports that Inova Health System purchased the Willow Oaks Medical Campus at 8260 and 8280 Willow Oaks Corporate Drive in Fairfax County from Stockdale Capital Partners.
The medical office campus totals around 383,000 square feet and was bought for $97.5M, with Newmark representing the seller.
Bisnow also notes that the medical office buildings house other hospital and third-party tenants, and that Newmark said it initially sought to sell only one property but received unsolicited bids for both assets.
