KelpDAO sues LayerZero over disclosure failures tied to $292 million hack

KelpDAO has filed a lawsuit against LayerZero and its co-founder Brian Pellegrino, accusing them of failing to disclose weaknesses in their protocol, which KelpDAO says enabled a major exploit.

According to CoinDesk, the dispute is tied to a $292 million hack that KelpDAO alleges was made possible by those undisclosed vulnerabilities.
