Marcus & Millichap unit sells 524-unit Bothell multifamily property
The deal, covering nearly 50 acres in Bothell’s Eastside tech and biomedical corridor, was brokered by IPA to sell Griffis North Creek.
Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap, announced the sale of Griffis North Creek, a 524-unit multifamily property in Bothell, Washington, according to ConnectCRE.
The property sits on nearly 50 acres in Bothell’s tech and biomedical corridor within the Seattle area’s Eastside region.
ConnectCRE said IPA executives including Giovanni Napoli represented the seller, Griffis Residential, and procured the buyer, GID.
