NRP Group opens Emblem Apartments, a 115-unit affordable complex in DC
The 13-story building opened at 301 Florida Avenue NE and is located about one mile from the U.S. Capitol, according to ConnectCRE.
NRP Group, working with the Marshall Heights Community Development Organization, announced the completion and opening of Emblem Apartments, an affordable housing community in Washington, D.C.
ConnectCRE reports the project consists of 115 units and is situated in the city’s NoMa and Union Market neighborhoods, at 301 Florida Avenue NE.
The property is described as a 13-story flatiron apartment building on a triangular site, just over one mile from the U.S. Capitol Building.
In remarks carried by ConnectCRE, NRP Group Vice President of Development Chris Marshall said the community is meant to reflect the company’s commitment, alongside partners, to bringing deeply affordable housing to high-access, high-opportunity neighborhoods.
