Rhino Investments buys Randhurst Village shopping center for $95M

The 932,000-square-foot open-air center is anchored by Jewel-Osco and Costco and attracts more than 7.3 million visitors annually, according to the deal announcement.

Rhino Investments Group has acquired Randhurst Village, a 932,000-square-foot open-air shopping center in Mount Prospect, from DLC Management for $95 million, according to Bisnow.

The property spans about 94 acres at Rand and Elmhurst roads and is dual-anchored by Jewel-Osco and Costco, with the center drawing more than 7.3 million annual visitors, the outlet reported.

Bisnow said the purchase marks Rhino's second sizable retail investment in the Chicago area in just over a year, following the company's interest in The Promenade Bolingbrook acquired in March 2025.

Rhino also said it plans to keep investing in large-scale retail destinations with strong tenancy and long-term relevance, and it cited its broader Illinois portfolio, including properties in Aurora, Rockford, and Peoria.
