Strauss Investments acquired Commons at Valencia, a Class A office campus in Santa Clarita’s Valencia neighborhood in northern Los Angeles County, for $32 million, Commercial Observer reports.
CBRE represented Harbor Associates, which sold the property, and the deal valued it at about $204 per square foot. Commons at Valencia totals 157,189 square feet across two three-story buildings, plus a two-story parking structure with 625 spaces, according to the report.
The campus spans nearly 9 acres and was built in 2005. It is 79% leased, with tenants in professional services, insurance, financial services, and real estate industries, and Harbor Associates completed an extensive renovation in 2020, Commercial Observer added.
