Four IPOs move to allotment after subscription windows end

Allotment is expected to be finalized on Sept. 28, with shares due in investors' demat accounts on Sept. 29 and listings scheduled for Sept. 30, 2026.

LiveMint Markets says four IPOs, including Adroit Industries, ArMee Infotech, Swastika Infra, and Elevate Campuses, have finished their three-day subscription windows and are now moving into the allotment phase.

The outlet reports that the subscription period ran from Sept. 23 to Sept. 25, and that allotment status for all four issues is likely to be finalized on Monday, Sept. 28.

According to LiveMint Markets, successful bidders are expected to receive shares in their demat accounts on Sept. 29, ahead of the companies' proposed listings on the NSE and BSE on Sept. 30, 2026.

The report adds that investors are also tracking the latest grey market premium (GMP) for the issues as they await allotment details.
