Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group chief says luxury condo outlook stays strong

Commercial Observer sat down with Kelly Kennedy Mack, who has headed Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group since 2006, to discuss the luxury condo market and her view that the forecast remains fairly good.
In the interview, Mack points to ongoing competition in the market, saying there are always rivals seeking to win business or clients, but she ties Corcoran Sunshine’s top position to sustained effort on servicing properties and clients.
She also says the company does not treat being No. 1 as something to take for granted and rejects complacency, describing a consistent push to be steadfast and relentless in that work.
