Michael Saylor calls for a “bill of digital rights” for digital assets
In his essay, Saylor said the framework should aim to enable 10 million new companies to raise capital.
Cointelegraph reports that Strategy executive chairman Michael Saylor outlined a “bill of digital rights” framework in an essay, arguing that the digital asset and AI era needs “better money and capital markets” rather than restrictions.
Saylor’s proposal centers on enabling 10 million new companies to raise capital, according to the outlet, and frames the effort as a set of fundamental freedoms for digital assets.
The essay lays out five rights, including the freedom to create new digital assets.
Cointelegraph also reports that Saylor posted the essay on X on Saturday, saying an age of AI could increase production if capital markets and money work better for digital assets.
