Castle Hook Partners leases top two floors at 625 Madison Ave.
The 15-year lease includes extension options totaling up to 10 years, and the 860,000-square-foot tower is slated to complete in 2029.
Castle Hook Partners has agreed to lease the entire top two floors of 625 Madison Ave., a 53-story office tower in Midtown East being developed by Related Cos., according to ConnectCRE, citing city property records reported by the New York Business Journal.
The deal calls for a 15-year lease with extension options totaling up to 10 years, ConnectCRE reported.
Construction is expected to finish in 2029 on the 860,000-square-foot skyscraper, ConnectCRE added, noting that Related Cos. previously named General Atlantic as the building’s anchor tenant after a five-floor, 150,000-square-foot lease was announced earlier in the month.
