Chainlink upgrades CCIP bridge tech to add custom security checks

Chainlink has launched a new version of its crypto bridge technology, CCIP, aimed at giving decentralized applications more control over their security, CoinDesk reports.

The update lets companies add custom security checks, so they are not reliant on a bridge’s default protections against vulnerabilities similar to those that affected rival bridge systems.
