Elysee Investments buys fully leased Blue Lagoon Shoppes for $28M
The 29,205-square-foot shopping center includes 13 tenants and is fully leased.
Elysee Investments has acquired the Blue Lagoon Shoppes shopping center near Miami’s Waterford Business District for $28 million, Commercial Observer reported.
The deal covers a 29,205-square-foot, fully leased property at 1101 Northwest 57th Avenue, located just south of Miami International Airport, according to the outlet.
The shopping center has 13 tenants, including Starbucks, Chipotle, Panera Bread, Jersey Mike’s, BankUnited and Panda Express, Commercial Observer added.
Avison Young represented the seller, Keystone Holdings Group, while Borda Commercial Real Estate represented Elysee Investments, the report said.
