HCL Technologies to buy Robotiq.ai for €9 million
HCL Software, the HCL Technologies software division, plans to acquire the Croatia-based company to expand its enterprise robotic process automation and AI orchestration capabilities.
Investors are set to track several India-listed companies on Tuesday, Sept. 29, after recent announcements and order updates, including deals and funding moves across sectors, according to LiveMint Markets.
HCL Technologies said its HCLSoftware business division intends to acquire Croatia-based Robotiq.ai for €9 million, with the acquisition aimed at strengthening enterprise robotic process automation capabilities and extending its HCL UnO Agentic AI orchestration from decision-making to execution.
The same preview also lists other companies expected to remain in focus, including NLC India, Power Mech Projects, Artefact Projects and Piramal Finance, along with updates from companies such as NCC and Indian Railway Finance Corporation.
LiveMint Markets also noted that NCC has a water supply contract announcement in Andhra Pradesh, while other firms face attention tied to their latest corporate developments.
