Jain Global UK profit rises to £9.2m as London headcount jumps
Jain Global (UK) Partners reported average compensation per employee of about £611,000 in 2025, down from roughly £900,000 annualised in the prior 16 month period.
Jain Global’s UK business more than doubled profit last year, with Jain Global (UK) Partners reporting profit of £9.2 million for 2025, up from £6 million in the previous accounting period, according to Hedgeweek, citing data from the firm’s newly filed accounts.
Hedgeweek reports the comparison is not on a like for like annual basis because the earlier period covered 16 months from the entity’s formation in September 2023 through the end of December 2024.
The accounts also show Jain Global significantly expanded its London team during 2025, with headcount rising to 89 employees from roughly a third of that level previously, while average compensation per employee fell to about £611,000 from approximately £900,000 annualised in the prior period.
Hedgeweek further notes the figures suggest the recruitment drive went beyond the highly paid senior investment professionals that formed the initial team, and the partnership accounts indicate an effort to keep flexibility in its cost base.
