Solidcore leases Upper East Side space in The Langdon
The long-term lease covers 2,507 square feet at 288 E. 88th St., with the new location planned to open in the first quarter of 2027.
ConnectCRE reports that strength training brand Solidcore has signed a lease for ground-floor space at The Langdon, an upcoming high-end apartment building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
Solidcore will take 2,507 square feet at 288 E. 88th St. under a long-term lease, and the space is expected to open in the first quarter of 2027.
The Langdon is being developed by Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners and Azur Holdings Management LLC, and JLL’s Matthew Schuss and Jesse Wolff represented the landlord while Sean Young of Sabre represented Solidcore.
