Strategy and Strive buy 2,700 Bitcoin combined for $232.5 million

Strategy spent $142.7 million on 1,665 BTC and also repurchased $152 million of its preferred stock, STRC.

Bitcoin Magazine reports that the two largest corporate bitcoin treasuries, Strategy and Strive, bought a combined more than 2,700 BTC last week for $232.5 million.

Strategy, the Nasdaq-listed company and the largest corporate bitcoin holder, said it purchased 1,665 coins last week for $142.7 million, marking its second buy in a row after a brief pause.

The company also said it bought back $152 million in preferred stock, STRC, and now holds 847,666 bitcoins worth $70.5 billion, based on an SEC filing.

Strive, the fifth-largest bitcoin treasury, said it acquired 1,107 BTC last week for $94.5 million, bringing its holdings to 27,462 coins.
